Unfortunately the popularity of big facials in JAV is not what it once was. People on the Japanese message board I frequent talk about how it's not cost effective for studios to shoot big facial scenes because sales for facial only movies apparently aren't great and the actors have to save up. I think the biggest problem is using overworked actors. I wish they'd use amateurs. I think a lot of guys would even pay from their own pocket to be in a porn and facial a hottie. All of the famous facial series you mentioned haven't seen new releases in a while. The only series I can think of is from the MAXING studio and it's called kokuretsu gansha 酷烈顔射. It's alright, but not nearly as good as many of the series you mentioned. Here's what it's like:
