I too am on the hunt for that magic formula. I have about average ejaculate. Its about 5ml and in between thick white and clear runny. I did try zinc a few months ago and experienced some cold symptoms, but more importantly severely intense abdominal cramps and diarrhea. I mean cramps like getting kicked in the nads every 5 minutes and you could feel them ramp up and then ease off. I did go to the ER over this and they just wrote it off as a stomach bug. I was taking a 50mg zinc supplement from wally world but I didn't pay much attention to the 25mg in my multi-vitamin. I quit taking the 50mg and it still took about 36 hours for the cramps to go away completely. The ER did put me on a liquid only diet and for about 10 days after that I noticed a huge increase in volume and a minor increase in consistency. I don't know if it was the zinc working its way out of my system or the change in diet. I should also note that I take Flomax for a still unidentified prostate problem and the multi-vitamin was a prostate health formula that includes extra zinc. My diet consisted of mostly crystal light lemon tea individual mixers (0 caffeine) or strait water, jello, chicken noodle soup, pudding, and oranges. When the abdominal problems went away I upped it to turkey or ham on wheat and mostly healthy choice pasta bowls with some junk/fast food. Supplements were a multi-vitamin and lycopene. I should also note that I was working in the oil/gas fields living in a travel trailer on the rig site so simple meals and bottled water were a standard of living. Now that I am home my diet has changed back due to convenience and isn't as good and it reflects in my load. I am going to try and experiment with some things and I will try to post my results in a scientific way. The prostate issue makes it harder to do but if I did it once I can do it again. Things I intend to try are more fruits including oranges since they were present last time. Healthier diet. Supplements will include the regular lycopene and I have since added saw pawmetto, both for prostate health. A multi-vitamin, lecithin, l-argnine, and possibly some other things. Just whatever you do BEWARE OF TOO MUCH ZINC.

Zinc does nothing to increase your load. All it does is make your cum more white. There are very few things that will increase your volume, and zinc isn't one of them (no matter what porn stars and pill bottles say). The best way, and pretty much sure fire way to increase volume is by drinking water. Eight 8oz glasses a day (which is what you should be drinking anyway) should do the trick. Water intake will pretty much increase all of your bodily fluids. Makes sense, right?
One of the only other things that has been proven (in very limited studies) to increase volume is a root called maca. Maca supplements can be found at pretty much any vitamin store. If you're going to buy a maca product, make sure you're not getting maca blended with other ingredients. Get the supplements that are 100% maca.
And just to reiterate; zinc does NOT increase volume.

Take a multi-vitamin.
Drink a lot of water.
Eat more seafood.
Have sex or wank every 2-3 days and abstain in between.
Pre-wank 2-3 hours beforehand or progressively throughout the day.

I'm actually not a fan of the results of Maca. I've been experimenting with it lately and it doesn't seem to be doing anything. I've actually found that red Korean (panax) ginseng works best for me. I don't think it did anything for my volume, but it boosts sex drive, stamina, immune system, etc.
For volume, most of what's been said is pretty solid. Lots of water, multi-vitamin, lots of protein, etc. In addition to a multi I take 1500mg of L-Arginine, 1000mg of L-Lysine (both are just amino acids) and 1200mg of lecithin. Sometimes I'll take those amounts twice a day (spread out of course). Don't expect results right away - it takes a few days of supplements and no cumming to let it build up.
Note: if you work out a lot, you'll probably need to take in more protein/aminos so that your body has enough to repair the damage caused by the workout and still have enough left over to synthesize the components of cum.

Been taking semenax for about two weeks now. Have not really noticed an increase yet but feels more intence when I cum. Contractions seem more powereful, my wafe has noticed it too. Well just an update. Last night I pulled out of my wife and the first shot hit her in the chin( she is 5 foot 9 inches tall). It was very intence too so I would say the pills are working for me. Agree with most of the previous posters...I take a zinc and L-lysine supplement everyday, drink lots of water (you get a fair amount from the food you eat, but several more cups of just regular drinking water a days definitely helps hydration) and also I only cum every two to three days. That all helps with semen volume and consistency a lot. And coming close to orgasm multiple times before finally cumming will definitely intensify the flow/spurts of the cumshot. I've had two gfs who've let me cum on their faces and i've drenched them in cum before as a result of holding off for days and then letting them bring me close multiple times. *** NOTE *** I am NOT a doctor, so please don't take my advice as valid medical advice. This is the result of a lot of reading over the years and trial and error. I'm just trying to distill a bit of what I know into a few sentences to save you some time.
Most vitamin store clerks won't ask (it's none of their business) but zinc is used in a whole bunch of bodily processes, including the male reproductive system, muscular recovery and immune function. So it's fairly common. A lot of people buy zinc lozenges when they're sick, but I recommend against using that as a daily supplement because:
1) it's easy to overdo it
2) most vitamins and minerals are absorbed better when taken in combination with other things (preferably from food) but a multi-vitamin is probably better than an isolated pill unless you have a specific deficiency you need to address
Please note that excessive levels of zinc over a long period of time can cause zinc toxicity, which sometimes manifests similar to a cold, or it can be far worse. For most people, staying in the 10-15mg/day range is perfectly safe. Some people (like myself) can safely double or triple that with no ill effects (other than occasional mild stomach discomfort).

Don't you think much of the progress can be placebo? I mean, you expect it and just the thought make you hornier...I experienced that the more turned-on the greater the load.

The zinc seems to work well for me,I'm 54 and we have both noticed the difference in volume and it seems to make thinks a bit more intense.

Actually you're talking about a separate issue. The men here aren't trying to increase sperm count. It's about increasing semen volume. Sperm are microscopic and account for very little of the total substance of cum. Semen amount and thickness are things that make a cumshot look more plentiful and impressive, and feel better for the guy to shoot.
I'm sure some of the pills that aren't just total ripoff lies may work, but they'd have to be basically a cocktail of vitamins , minerals, and fatty acids that aid in the production of semen. These supplements can be obtained from any vitamin store and many foods. Also, different things work or don't work for different people - for example it's been suggested on FF that L-Arginine and L-Lysine increase cum volume but I and some others have tried those and actually had our loads decreased while others reported an obvious increase.
I agree here. The L-Arginine/L-Lysine combo and especially the lecitin actually decrease my load as well as causes restriction in my urethra. As mentioned before I have a diagnosed prostate problem with no trace of cancer, but BPH is ruled out too. That means I am in a small group of men the prostatitis, which is what the docs call it when they have no clue. I my research I found what may be the answer, and it coincides with my results.
