I wanted first to thanks radimos and winstanley because they reply me to help to find the good tool to make animated gifs from private videos
I will try soon with other videos and also with pics (but for pics I don't know yet what is the best free tool...)
It's only breasts on the road, not facial but it's a beggining...

seems only jpeg is working but I have this in animated gif working on my computer but not possible to put on the website.... why ?

Is it more than 1Mb?

Gifs will only work if they are smaller than 1Mb ...
