August 2008 Wife/Girlfriend of the month

I don't think a verified pic is always needed for us to believe a member is for real. For instance, I can't remember Oxy posting verified pics (he might have done though!) and obviously in the past those guys have posted their shots elsewhere, but we know they are real as they don't just post the same 5 shots again and again, they come back with great new stuff.
I don't care if i have seen another person in shots on another site, but for the competition, they should be new shots surely. I mean, think of it in terms of any other competition - Titanic isn't still being entered for the Oscars every year is it, just because it won some a few years back?

I'm getting really sick of this debate...:mad:

Look...bottom line...these competitions are here to reward those who go the "extra mile" hence the title "WIFE/GIRLFRIEND of the month", it's not "Best Facial picture of the month".

If someone posts a picture on here and they are not verified there is always a chance that it could be some fakery, i.e. they could be using a dishonest means to obtain something that someone else has earned honestly...

and as much as I would like to think the voting process will weed out those that do not verify themselves it can still hurt those that are legit, for example, what happens if there is a close race between to verified posters and someone decides to vote for one that is not verified and could be faking it even if they aren't hardly in the running? They are taking a potential deciding vote away from someone who does deserve it.

This is an adult pornography site people, if you are willing to post uncensored pictures of yourself performing sexual acts for the whole world to see, why is it such a damn problem asking you to grab a camera and a notepad, write "I love FF.net" on said notepad, and hold it up next you and snap another picture??? If you've already posted a verification pic on the site somewhere...just repost it, reference it, or get a mod or admin to vouch for you, it's not that hard...

I'm not trying to scare anyone off or drag anyone down but use some common sense people, I don't think a verification request is unreasonable or insulting, it's just a layer of protection for those that are doing it the right way...

Very good point and the fact that the pics would be totally new, then there would be less doubt from the members.
But I feel we are drifting well off topic now, this is after all the "Girlfriend of the month comp" So please can we let this matter rest now and let's get on with posting some more lovely am pics of your "nearest and dearest!" :D

I don't post often, but I've decided to respond here. A bit of background info about myself.....married for a little over 9 years and happy (most of the time). Only about a year and a half ago did my wife first become receptive to the idea of me giving her a facial. She let's me do it but not very often...once in a long while. But that's ok. This debate, whilst taking the ocus of what this thread if for has prompted a re-think by the admin & moderator dudes on the issue of verification. All will become apparent in the fullness of time, but for now......lets get back to the purpose of this thread. ;)
