I wanted to make sure everyone knows that these are pics of my wife so we took a pic with a sign to verify it. My wife really enjoys the comments and we're looking forward to being a part of this community.

Sorry about that, I read it as "Verification is not an absolute requirement."

Does this mean that I need to take a pic with her boobs and a sign and this entry will be okay or that all the pics I have from the past are no good, bc obviously we do not have any with signs, yet!

Yes there was a bit of confusion there. Verification is preferred but not mandatory. In the past the winners are usually verified, and rightly so. We have had problems with people trying to fake their way in before.

So from now on do I need to have a picture of her with a sign when I cum on her tits?

No,most people vote for verified members,if you want you can verify in private or simply post a photo holding a sign.Only needs to be done once and we keep track of who is verified.Pm Val if you would like to do it privately.And of course,thanks for posting the great photos.:D
