I use Ulead Gif Animator. Works great, really simple to use, not free though. It doesn't work with .wmv files, so I have convert those first but its not too much hassle.

That one, and the last two are from 'Weapons of Ass Destruction 4' I do believe. The file I have is almost 600mb so it might be too big to upload here. I still have the Rapidshare links for it though if they're of any use to you?
