I don't know what's up with the new Amateur-Facials site, but I do know that Local Girls 411 was a completely separate site and as far as I can tell had nothing to do with Joey. It was also based in Buffalo, so several of the young women did shoots with LG 411… small town, I figure, so there was overlap, but it goes to show that someone with a bit of an enterprising spirit could get women to model even in a "middle America" city!

I'm confused...we got a whole month of no updates, then a few updates, now it's been another week with out any new content...but the front page says "daily updates".

Wasn't there a link on the free side where you could read the various blog entries describing all the past shoots? It made for a great narrative.

The blog is still free, I've just set it to require you to set up an account to view the blog. It takes just a few seconds.

As for updates, it has been a really rough couple months. I had fired up my old Mac G3 when I started the blog and the reboot and all was good. But then it died. I thought all was lost. Two 750 gig hard drives full of content!! Luckily, I learned about a hard drive encasement that worked for old IDE drives from Rosewill. I ordered one off of Newegg and it arrived yesterday!! I've been updating with what I could find on other devices until now, but the Rosewill works perfectly and I finally have access to both of the old hard drives and all of the content. I'm making a copy of it to another hard drive to avoid this issue again, but didn't want to scare anyone until I was able to find out whether or not all was lost.

I've been banging away on some great updates and hope you guys get over to enjoy! Lots of Kayla, Beth and Michele went up today, including her previously removed sex shoot. I also posted a previously unreleased set of Skye with a 30 minute video (her first). There's a lot to see, but a mountain of content still to come. :winking:

The blog is still free. Considering your issue, and that others seem to be having a problem with this as well, I just changed up the format and don't require a word press registration to view the blog. Hopefully, this will help you with your access issue. Enjoy!!

Once again thank you mrbuster for all your help and support in this project!! This thread you started is epic and all your comments and memberships drive the reboot. Knowing you guys want to see this stuff and get the full back story is all the fuel I need to dig in. There is a lot more digging to do. But it's true there is a lot of great content up now ... so much that has never been said or seen before. The outtakes are really sick and I just posted previously unreleased videos featuring Roxy, Eve and a 1/2 hour director's cut of Victoria's first video (previously only 7 minutes of it was released).

I'm almost done with 2000 (September 2000 might just have been the best month ever, and there's more to add still!). I'll need to keep going back as I uncover things I missed. This is really fun, and honestly kinda nudging me closer to coming out of retirement. No clue how that might look but we have reached the primary goal ... thanks to memberships I can just pay the server bills guaranteeing the reboot can continue. Some extra at this point just might be what's needed to justify a pilgrimage back to Buffalo. I do miss the life and the girls!! It might fun to just do some doc style stuff on their lives now. Maybe a facial or two. Who knows.

No, thank you! It's 17 years later and this is still amazing stuff. And the reboot, with all the unreleased stuff, extended videos and the like just makes it so much better!

No problem and thanks so much for your support via membership. I have fixed the links you mentioned. I have also added links on each page of AF to this forum from the site, and it is the best place to let me know about any broken links or other issues or questions regarding the reboot.

For those who have been patiently waiting, I've also done a bit of a flash forward to add the first two Pamela shoots. So many more on the way and lots of her I have never released before. As I've said, I am attempting to do this chronologically, but at times I like to bounce around ... I also couldn't wait to get to Pamela!

Would you be willing to share what you have been up to in the last decade? Did you have to get a 9-5?:Sick: Sounds like you moved from Buffalo area?

I also wonder if there is a way to do a "where are they now" series? Obviously, not literally where they are, but who has kids, who's now a doctor, etc. Would be nice, but i would also completely understand if this is just not possible, both logistically and because of privacy concerns. Have you stayed friends or in contact with any of them in the past decade?
