I have been trying to make an animated gif to use as an avatar and am having a hard time. downloaded a ton of different freeware programs, captured n cam studio and converted, tons of stuff but nothing seems to work well. found one good one but it makes the file really large, like 13 mb. I posted it here. Is there any way you could turn it into a high quality animated gif for me? Or... give me some advice? I'm on a PC and do not have photoshop... thanks for any help...
