Probably the easiest way to arrange something would probably be through an already established sex club (eg KK or Fever, or one of the older more traditional "swingers" clubs, or (depending on where your a student) most unis tend to have a few (obviously informal!) sex groups) and find interested people that way who are already interested in/able to meet up.
