Cleveland really improved in the 90's, but lost it's way over the past 10 years.

I am in Dayton, Ohio, which is only slightly crappier than Cleveland, Ohio.
Both towns are suffering from terrible leadership and are high on the worst cities in the country list, with huge popualtion loss percentages.

That said, I love Ohio. And the Cleveland Browns.
