For me its very basic. I've enjoyed the female form for as long as I can remember. And there's alot to be said for the nude female form!

You can changes your display mode (thread toolbar, right side). Default is linear mode, posts is showed in chronological order. When you switch to threaded mode the comments are grouped together.
Most people use the linear mode. You can use the "quote" option to quote the post you want to reply too.
