Well the person in question was banned without any warning, after posting many pics. A zero tolerance policy was the reason given. Perhaps that moderator acted a little too hastily.

I suggest an immediate ban of that member. That way there's no favoritism and the zero-tolerance policy is upheld.

Yet again this rears it's ugly head, you raised this last year 1111 (09/07/07 to be precise!)
I suggest if you are so concerned with how this forum is run and are indeed dissatisfied with the way it is being moderated, I advise you to take it up with one of the Adminstrators of this forum in the form of a pm, not in my thread.
I don't think you are in any position to suggest banning any member in here, until you raise your post rate.

I do not think one needs to have posted any photos at all, in order for one to request and expect equal treatment of all members and moderators under the TOS.
