I saw that many images are smaller after upload, why?

Example:

Attachment 3361058

Before upload: ~333 KB
After Upload: -> http://www.facialforum.net/attachmen...2&d=1383010506 = ~67 KB

Why that?? Some pictures of other users are bigger than 1 MB, and it seems they will not be resized...

But my image was smaller them 1 MB, it was ~333 KB...

We will have a thorough look at this... sometimes I have u/l a vid and it is smaller when up here than the original but the same quality.

ok then test it with my image; so i said, it's 333 KB...
