Having problems renewing membership. CCbil states that I already have a membership.
Quite sure my membership expired today, and cannot access any of the platimum content except the headings.

That is a bit strange, makes me wonder if my recent re-up will go through. My first yearly subscription is due to expire next month, but I already re-upped at the end of april. In my pay subscription section in my user cp it says that I have 2 active subscriptions for a year, the first one that expires next month, and then the one I started at the end of april which expires april 2010. I am hoping all be will well with it.
buggs, try clearing your cookies, if that dont work, its poss that ccbill just aint caught up with us yet, give it a day or so, let me know if you still have probs then.

Clearing cookies didn't work. Still the same message today from CCbil that I'm already a memmber. Will try again tomorrow to sign up. Will advise either way.

Day two of trying to renew. Still get the same message from cc bill that I'm already a member.

I'll get Wicked to look at it buggs.
I had the same problem with being told I had 2 memberships, in the end I left it for 24 hours until my membership had definitely expired then started again. I'll be doing it that way in the future. rather than the mess i experienced last year. If someone gets the real answer please post!
Buggs, you should be ok to renew now, please let me know?
It seems the CCbill membership dates are a bit behind our dates, normally if you wait 24 hours then CCbil catch up. We will try and resolve the issue with them ASAP ;)

Perhaps because my membership ran out on a weekend, the system needed a
full normal work day to do it's thing?

Im also having this prob. Cleared cookies and tried signing up twice now to be told Im already signed up, which I'm not now as my sub has expired. Please heeeelp!!

Can anybody help at all? I emailed admin direct too and have had no reply today
Just been checking through these posts again. Waiting 24hrs wouldnt appear to be the issue as my membership has lapsed by a few days now. Just gonna make a 7th attempt after clearing cookies once again and rebooting. No other options available to me unless somebody can sort this issue. No reply from admin direct and just one post here asking me to clear cookies again, which failed yet again!!
