Has no one been arrested for this? The part I find troubling is that by walking in very public areas with a facial, you are being indecent towards people who aren't consenting to be involved. Just take a look at the absolute disgust and disbelief on the faces of the two men who walk by her towards the beginning of the video.

Why is that troubling? It's just like deciding to wear something that is not acceptable to someone else, but completely acceptable to you. What difference does it make if a woman wants to walk around with cum plastered on her face? Of you don't like it, don't look.
