Anyone else obsessed with Game of Thrones?

If you aren't, then you should be. What some of you may not know is the whores in Littlefinger's whore house are real life porn stars.

Besides the whores the rest of the cast is great too, and most of them are British or Irish, except the excellent Peter Dinklage off course, who deservedly won an Emmy for playing the imp Tyrion Lannister.

I am a big fan too. It and Spartacus are two of my favorite shows. That is funny about the whore/pornstar connections. Talk about apt casting. A great show for anyone out there who has not watched it yet. Fantastic adaptation of the books. I read somewhere that porn actresses were being used more and more because they are a lot less bothered about nudity than your regular luvvies. I bet the end of season party will be well worth being at.

To anybody who hasn't read the books I can recommend them too. You can get the first 5 for £30 on amazon in the UK. (There are 7 in the picture, because the books are so big, 2 are split into 2 volumes). If you like the show you'll be amazed how closely they follow the books, but there is even more in them.

Each chapter is written in the perspective of one of the characters in turn so it may be something like Tyrion, Bran, Sansa, Jon, Daenerys, but nearly every chapter ends on a cliff hanger or so it seems, so much so that I'm always tempted to skip the chapters in between to find out what happens to that character. Mr. Martin sure knows how to write.

I think he intends to write 7 in all and if HBO keeps making one book a year it will be 2017 before you find out what happens, lol. That's if he ever finished them, the first one was published in 1996.

Another character I love from the books and another great piece of casting is Gwendoline Christie for Brienne of Tarth. She's not been in the show much yet, but she is another one seemingly born to play the role. She is 6 ft 3 in (1.91m). Taller than me, even though I'm 6 ft 2 in, and, I suspect, taller than most guys on this forum. Here she is next to a more regular sized woman, naked off course.

Esme Bianco is really, really hot. She seems so comfortable being naked on camera. A perfect body and beautiful, interesting face. Didn't know her name, thanks.

Just watched the Masie Dee scene- wowser, brutal! - but have to say that i thought she was really good in it. Unlike Sahara who doesn't really act as such (just stands around or does her porn thing) Maisie actually had to do a bit of emoting in quite a tough, dramatic scene, turning from a ditzy hooker to a terrified woman, and she was very good! Shes not taller than me! :) Im 6 ft 4 in and the tallest girl ive been with so far was 5 ft 10 in. I had no problem at all having sex with her but to be completely honest id have to say a girl somewhere around 5 ft 4 in is perfect. Not really a deal breaker though.

Oh, and Game of Thrones is an awesome show. That one, The Walking Dead and Breaking Bad would be my favorites right now. Not many days left until third season of Game of Thrones starts. Im guessing it wil be great!

It is a great show. Not quite as good as the books but much, much better than what I expected. Just wish they made more episodes per book.

Back to Game Of Thrones, I was rather disappointed in the first episode Sunday night. It seemed disjointed and I was not happy with some of the changes they made from the book. I know a TV format cannot adhere to a lengthy book, but still some of the changes substantially altered characters and entire story arcs. And, in my opinion, not for the better. Hope the next episode is better.
