Hi, my current platinum membership was set to expire today so I renewed for another six months. There was no "renewal" option, so, I purchased a new $25 subscription. Unfortunately, I cannot access the platinum section with either membership. I can login with my old user name and password, but cannot access the upgrade area. In addition, when I received my new subscription number it did not come with a user name or password to use to login to the site. I called CC BILL and they said I needed to have this corrected by the webmaster. I would appreciate your help. Tell me what you need and I'll forward it to you. Thanks in advance.

Sounds like you need to drop a quick pm to a member of the admin team
