    Default ccbill are stupid...

    Please Help me...ccbill can not help me...my Creditcard do not work...my other are not work...ccbill are say my adres is wrong..but there is not wrong i live here for 6 years and the card is the same for years...can i pay in a another way????
    please help me i need the forum so mutch...i die............... please help a poor german guy

    Hi!

    There is no way for us to help u with ccbill probs.Write a mail to the support and ask them what is wrong with ur card and/or if they can fix it.
    Do u have the problems joinig other sites/paying systems, too?

    when dealing with CCBill

    your credit card info must match EXACTLY the name and address on the bill from your credit card company

    this is part of their fraud prevention.
