It is the forum spam protection software... The administrators will soon unlock this and you'll be able to upload as much as you want!
like erotikos said its our antispam control, when you reach 5 posts and or 5 days that will be removed.
on another note you might want to read the rules, unless you are a platinum member you are not allowed to upload video, if you do you can and maybe banned.
