Subscription fails

Hi folks,

I tried the last days a several times to upgrade my membership. Without success!
Why? Good question.... I followed the instructions but my card is not accepted yet. My details are right, my account has enough cash, my bank says its fine and visa is telling me that they didn´t even get a request by ccbillings.
What is going on?
Wanna make money? Then solve my problem please.

Ok thanks for the quick reply... well i was a good boy and did read the link beforehand and also erased my cookies... :-(

Is it probably a problem to live in another country than your credit card is comming from?

Well if so it would only be on your side cause my bank says its fine...
Now i got no ideas anymore...
