    Default New account for a friend

    My friend lives abroad and he would like to join this forum. His credit card is not accepted so he asked me to sort this out for him.
    However I only have one credit card and I'm already a paying member and according to CC Bill I cannot use the same card to pay for two seperate accounts for the same site. Is it possible to pay by Paypal, or by some other means?
