problem with upload pics or other files

I try to upload in platinium section pics and files. There is a problem.
in the manager there is this problem :

I'm getting a similar message too - tried videos and pics - no luck?

I have videos to upload

We only have a certain amount of storage and the forum runs best when we are not pushing max, so one of my jobs is to keep us within our optimum range, i will be doing a large prune this comming week, but for now uploads should be back to normal.
