Transfering data

Another dopey question,is there a way to transfer files directly from my old laptop to my new one? In other words have my new laptop see my old one as an external hard drive so I can drag and drop.I have like 200Gigs of stuff to move.

Problem solved thanks to Elgrego.Use windows easy file transfer at start ,all programs,accessories,system tools,windows easy transfer.Who say's ya can't teach an old dog new tricks.
