    You certainly can post movies here but you need to be a Platinum Member and post them only in the Platinum Section of the Forum.
    Just click on the "Manage Attachment" button, another box will open up giving you 10 file slots in which you can browse to on your pc to upload, it is the same method that is used for upping photos.
