Upgrade didn't work

I've been a platinum member off and on for many years.
I just tried to upgrade back to platinum and it didn't work. I went through the CCBill website and completed payment but I'm still denied access.
A bit frustrating.

NEWS UPDATE:

I just realized I purchased a Gold account.... not what I wanted to do. I had no idea there was a step between free and platinum.

So, I meant to go platinum. Can I pump it up to platinum somehow?
