newbie help needed

This message is adressesd to Facial Forum administrators:

I'm an old guy (50).
I absolutely love this forum.
When I browse, I see porn I only dreamed of seeing when I was young.

I'm not into all these new electronic ways of communicating, so my (really newbie) question is:
I don't know how to acquire (download?) even a single picture from anywhere.
How do I post anything, and how do I manage to "get ahead" so I have access to the really juicy stuff (I really go for Japanese Bukkakke!).

Please help be a good member of your great Forum.
