Unsticky?

I wonder whether some of the "sticky" threads, started by members sharing their personal content, should be "unstickied" when there is no new content (other than viewers' comments) in a very long time? In some of those homegrown threads, it's been more than a year.

No offense to those wonderful contributors, but certain subforums appear to be dominated by a few people (based on the big group of sticky threads at the top), yet this is not really true. Perhaps such threads can go in a (closed) archive forum to avoid pruning, rather than be sticky.
