Editing out of focus videos

Any way to edit an out of focus video? Have an original video that I failed to check the lens focus before recording and now the images are blurred. Any chance I can enhance the video (shot 1080).

I have been attempting to fix with vlc player but honestly don't have the level of expertise to get any significant result.

Sadly Sully whatever you do it will still be out of focus.

Many editing programs have a sharpen filter, this may help but I doubt it.

Your best bet is to try to use other filters to try to turn it into an "arty" clip... like you meant it to be out of focus.

I feared as much. Guess I have learned my lesson the hard way. Hopefully the misses will allow for a re-take
