I recently purchased a new laptop with Windows 8, which I hate. I have switched to Firefox from IE for security purposes.
I am now not able to download videos as it says:

DiaZervaPTL.mp4.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read.

Try again later, or contact the server administrator.

Any ideas on how to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated. BTW, it gives the same response in IE.
