Please Help: Paid for Premium Content - Suddenly Can't access

Hello,

I paid for premium access, was able to access for a day, but after resetting my password I am no longer able to access any premium content.

Ive already sent an email to the admin email but I received no response. Your messaging system also will not allow me to contact administrators, contrary to the message that members under 10 posts can contact the staff. This makes it very difficult for people new to the site to get assistance from the administrators and staff.

Can someone please help me sort this issue out? I would like to access the content I paid for!
