problems withPlatinum Membership

i buyed a Platinum Membership for one month, but i can't open any content in the Platinum section.
I have delete all cookies an other temp files, but if i make a relogin the security don't changed
and im still a normal member ;(

yes i used marc not spam (for the ccbill) but i recived no email and the window close to fast to make a screenshoot of the last step...
