Im wanting to go to Ubuntu and use firefox browser . Im sick and tired of the win 7 using IE , they send dozens of patches every several weeks . Is anyone versed on this or am I barking up the wrong tree .

If I do make this change Ill either use a USB thumb drive or a new HD for the new OS and browser .
