There are an incredible number of these things on the internet. Basically a song length video with porn set to music and usually edited to go along with it.

First time I saw it it seemed really ridiculous, but the more I saw them they just eventually became kinda hot. I think the absurdity adds to it or something. A lot of them lead up to facials at the end and some are even facial themed.
