I'm sorry to say that I'm focusing more on the aesthetics of the facial before it happens. I'm looking at the camera angle, the make up on the actress, the overall lighting, the color of the background of the scene, and then just hoping the guy doesn't screw the whole thing up by blowing a wimpy load on her face.
