Membership update to platinum...

Hello,

I'm new here and, immediately after my free registration, I've also made the payment in order to "support" the platinum section.

The payment was right completed but I've not yet received any mail/feedback from the forum and I still not enable to go inside the platinum section. I've also tried all the "tips" you wrote here (logout, cookies cleaning, etc...) but without any good result.

Colud you please check and give me info's about it?

Sorry to hear that you have problems, did you manage to get the membership sorted? If not, I would suggest sending a PM (Private Message) to FacialAdmin

I have also PM'ed him to look into it.

So no doubt he will sort it. Let me know how you get on.
