I guess my subscription just ran out, I tried to upgrade and cc bill said I can't because I already have an existing account. This is the first time I have had that problem.

Can you try logging out and deleting all your cookies and try again.

I've exactly the same problem, but I can't get it solved. Deleting the cookies does not help. What can I do?
your sub ran out on the 5th, leave it till wednesday and try again, but before you go to ccbil make sure you delete your cookies
