How can I upgrade my account?
Hi! I'm a member of the forum for a while and from time to time I pay to have access to the platinum section, but this time I can't do it because it doesn't work as it used to work anymore. How can I upgrade my membership? I logged out and tried to make a new registration with the same username and e-mail address but the system kept saying that the username was already in use and the only option was to recieve my forgotten password if that was the case. What's wrong?
