Hi hope some one can help since i've refreshed my laptop to factory settings i can only play file mpeg avi with sound and no picture i've downloaded the lastest realplayer and still the same as using my windowsplayer thanks

search for "K-Lite Codec Pack" Download it and use the Media player classic that comes with it.
Believe me you won't regret it.
