Anyone know a good, free, program that lets you edit a video's brightness/contrast?
Windows Movie Maker can suck my dick lol. Windows Movie Player adjusts brightness/contrast pretty good, but its just a movie player.

Hi there
Its pretty much depends on the fomrat of the vid you have and the format you would like to create.
You might wanna check out this link and have a muse over the various guides. For me, id use tmpegenc for mpegs & dvd's and virtualdub for avi files

I've already tried virtualdub, the output quality of the brightness/contrast is pretty horrible. Haven't heard of tmpegenc, im gonna try that.
I know how to covert video formats to whatever, so that's not a problem.
ps. I adjusted the brightness/contrast using the VLC player, but anyone know if there's a way to save the video? I think you can under "Open Capture Device", but I'm so confused how to use it.
VLC, WM, and GOM give the best results but they are just media players, they don't save video.
I give up.
