Markup tags used on FF

Is there an explanation somewhere of the markup language that can be used by posters on this site? And the attachment mechanism. Stuff like that.

It's obviously not the usual messageboard stuff, such as [img][/img], and it's not vanilla HTML either. Where is it defined?

there is no definition, but the main thing is that no-one is allowed to use external links in our free section, personally i dont use BBCode.

Thanks, FA. I was under the impression that standard BBCode wasn't useable here. I can't remember why I thought that. Senior moment, perhaps.
