pruning pics randomly?

I understand some threads get deleted after a certain amount of time. But I hope that just deleting certain pictures in a thread isn't a new policy. I may be wrong, but for example, the "looking at a cock" thread...

all the pictures are on page 15, but the ice la fox pic i uploaded. that doesn't seem to make sense? And on other pages it's other random pics that no longer appear. It's a small but popular thread, and what is gained by randomly deleting pics from the thread?

That makes contributing far less appealing if this sort of random pictures in a thread are just deleted like that. It takes time to put together these sort of collections. And earlier pics going back to page 1 remain. ???

Just kidding dude, In this world of electronic information glitches can happen, same thing happened to me some time back, and I thought I might be losing it. Looked the next day and it was right there. Who really knows for sure? But as long as everything is good... then everything is good
