Where'd the thumbnails go?

I recently switched computers, and now thumbnails aren't showing up anymore. When I use Firefox there's nothing there at all (I can still hover the cursor over the blankness and click on it, but it's kind of a bitch). I don't have any sort of ad-blocker running on the browser.

I've also tried IE, but instead of a thumbnail I'm just getting a "-" (i.e. minus sign), or sometimes the filename. I am running IE Pro, but I don't think it's blocking them.

Can anyone help? I've looked through the settings under "user cp," but nothing jumped out at me.

I've also realized that the minus signs only appear instead of thumbnails if there's more than one in a post.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

dave you need to log out from the forum completely by clicking "Log Out" top left... Then clear all your cookies and internet files... log back in and hey presto all will be cool

That almost worked... but not quite.

After I did all of that the threads did list the names of the files instead of thumbnails (which is at workable), but, once I signed back in, the names disappeared and I was left with dashes again. So close!

You wouldn't happen to have any other useful ideas, would you?

ok.... make sure you are allowing session cookies.. if you run security, turn it off if that solves the issue, you know where the prob is, if not then im not sure. this kind of prob is usually cookie based.

I just realized I never posted the resolution, which was rude of me. I had shut down my security suite and restarted my browser, but the thumbnails still wouldn't load. I assumed this meant it wasn't my security program, and moved on to other possibilities, but somehow even after shutting my security down it was interfering with the cookies for Facial Forum. Apparently when I'd downloaded an update it had reset the privacy settings, and was blocking cookies willy-nilly. Thanks for your help in getting this fixed!
