This happened when I logged in today. As you can see in top right of the pic,I had logged in successfully, but it gave me the error message.
It hasn't affected me, but just thought I'd alert you to the glitch

Had to log off there and log in again. Samething happened again, but now I got the warning that "2 out of my 5 attempts have been used".
Ive just flagged this problem to the admin team. Please bear with us.

also clear ya cookies, and make sure you are allowing session cookies.
