How do I download vids

Hello all. Sorry if this is posted somewhere but how do I download the vids? New user here. It seems many of them have a file ext like .001 .002 etc... I have tried downloading them and then renaming and it doesn't work.
any suggestions?

The ones with the file extentions .001 ect are HJ split files. First of all do you have HJ split? It's a free program and once you get the hang of it is very easy.
