MP4 Sound

Hi all,

I am having a problem with MP4 files, I use both GOM Player and Windows Media Player and neither of them play the audio on the files.

Can anyone help me with this issue or point me in the right direction?

Sounds like a codec problem, rather than downloading and installing one of the many packs you can pick up on the net, try downloading and using vlc player for your mp4's, it comes with a lot of codecs already installed with the player and that should do the trick.

Lemme know how you get on, if VLC don't play it then you don't wanna install just any old codec package that you find kicking about coz sometimes that can do more harm than good.

Is it all of your mp4's that are lacking the sound or just a few and is this just a recent thing?
