No, not against the rules to post a full scene.

The rules only allow a 400mb limit for an individual scene of course.

It has to be said though, big multi part split files generally won't get as many views a smaller edited clip.

I think you have to consider the work involved in posting a large scene and balance if you think there will be sufficient interest to justify it's posting.
