Ive gone half a year without doing anything it didn't work from my understanding my brain may not be making any dopamine during orgasm the only thing i know is psychologist give u pills like oxy to feel good during orgasm but i cant really afford to go to one and im worried about trying those pills since i know ppl get addicted to them really bad but my alternative seems to keep having pleasureless sex the rest of my life, I really wish i could fix this.
