No acces but already registered

I always have the same problem when i have to reinstall my PC.
I had to register again. I do it. But i do not have access to platinum section after registering. I don't understand.
Please help me.

Ok i found you on the old payment system, your subscription ran 01/09/2006 - 01/08/2007 so it has now expired.

the old system does not change your user type in the profile so i did that manually.

ok ive now found the issue, you have in fact joined with a seperate user name.
