Upload problem

Hey everyone,

I get the following message: "Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing or mismatched"

Any ideas?

Not a solution really but I have had that message when uploading before.

I got it when trying to upload a big block of movie parts all at once, (probably 7 or 8), can't remember now.

Now I do maximum 5 parts at a time, I had no problems since then, other than self induced ones.

But surely there is a fix right? What does the message even mean?

You will probably have to wait for facialadmin or wicked to see this, to get a proper explanation of this. Sorry.

I was trying to upload some HJ files (about 20mb each) and a jpg. I can usually get away with 5 or 6 but when I try to upload 7 or more I get the message (after about 40-50 min).

its not a good idea to try to upload large amounts of data, your better off uploading a couple at a time..

the software is not designed for this kind of heavy uploads, to get it quicker i would need to lower the max filesize.
