I remember seeing an advert in the UK several years ago. Can't remember what the advert was for but it started with two women in a conversation about something and started with the immortal line "...and then he gave me a pearl necklace."
I wet myself laughing the first time I saw that commercial.
I just saw an ad on the back of a magazine, I think it was a covergirl ad, it was just a closeup of her face with water droplets on it with a little picture of some kind of makeup in the corner. You can imagine what the water droplets looked like!
